*Registered Nurse (RN) - UNC Healthcare in Goldsboro, NC*
UNC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN, you will collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to implement therapeutic regimens and deliver holistic patient care in accordance with the highest standards of nursing practice.
*Pay scale starts at $30.16 and increases with experience.*
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist providers in carrying out therapeutic regimens for each patient, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individual patients are met.
* Implement the nursing process to provide professional holistic patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Provide all nursing services to patients and families within the scope of RN practice as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
* Direct other licensed and non-licensed nursing teammates in providing nursing care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
*Must-Haves:*
* Current North Carolina RN License or compact licensure.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Minimum of one year of hospital experience.
* Associate's degree or higher in nursing.
