Human Resources Manager - Residential Facility Dahlonega, GAJob Summary:
The Human Resources Manager leads the organizations day-to-day administration of personnel activities related to policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, personnel and benefits administration, report preparation and general administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Ensure the organizations compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Managing HR related activities, including staffing compensation, managing records, time reporting and employee relation.
- Manages all other HR personnel including scheduling and work performance.
- Maintain confidentiality for HR related issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Human Resources required
- Experience with time management programs used at facility such as Exponent HR.
- Experience with Excel and payroll programs.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with JCAHO regulations and requirements.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
