LOCATION: Warden, WA

Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing and hold a valid Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Have three to five years of acute care clinical nursing experience, with a diverse range of exposure to various acute care nursing departments.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including but not limited to, InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations and guidelines.
• Hold certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS (preferred).
Hours and Compensation:
• This is a full-time position (36 hours) on night shifts, with rotating weekends.
• Compensation ranges from $36.50 to $68.00 per hour, depending on experience, with an additional $5 per hour shift differential.
• Alongside competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including relocation assistance (up to $5K) and a sign-on bonus of up to $15K.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the House Supervisor in a rural healthcare facility with 50 beds.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability in specified clinical areas to improve patient care and optimize bed utilization.
• Ensure that patients are admitted to the most appropriate level of care and assigned to an available bed, utilizing admission criteria. Act as a liaison between Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management Staff, and other essential stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
• Assume the role of Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, making administrative decisions, providing direction and supervision for operational issues across all hospital departments.
