*Pay Rate: *$29/hr

*Hours/day:* 8 hours; rotation is 4 shift on, 2 shifts off

*Responsibilities:*
*Patient Care:*Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring residents' health and safety.
Help residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and positioning techniques.
*Medication Assistance:*Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
Keep accurate records of medication administration and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
*Collaboration with Healthcare Team:*Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care.
*Emotional and Social Support:*Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for residents.
Engage in meaningful interactions and activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
*Observation and Reporting:*Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions.
Document observations accurately in residents' charts.
