Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Marysville, California.

PACU Travel RN
•\tMonitor and record patients’ vitals and levels of consciousness during the recovery from post-operative anesthesia.
•\tCollaborate with medical team on post-operative patient care.
•\tAdminister medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
•\tInform physicians about changes in patients’ conditions when deemed necessary.
•\tProvide comfort, reassurance, and education to post-operative patients and concerned family members; as well as addressing any questions or concerns.
•\tFlexibility to travel to the assignment location.
•\tAvailability to work the facility’s required schedule.
•\tWillingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
•\tAbility to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
•\tAlso referred to as: post anesthesia care unit registered nurse

Job Requirements:
•\t2 years of experience as a PACU nurse
•\tGraduate from an accredited nursing school
•\tCurrent state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
•\tBLS certification required
•\tACLS certification required
