Description
*Job Title: *ICU Registered Nurse
*Assignment Length: *13 weeks with possible extension
*Location: *Detroit, MI
*Shift: *Night Shift (19:00-07:30) 3x12s; Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
*Pay Rate:* $61/hour
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
* Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
* Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
* Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
* Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
*Experience:*
* 2+ years previous ICU experience. MICU experience preferred.
* Previous travel experience, previous experience at a Trauma Level 1 facility.
*Job Requirements:*
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
* Active State RN License
* Current BLS and ACLS Certification from AHA
* Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
