Description

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Sales Effectiveness department! The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for successfully onboarding new clients. They will be responsible with meeting the needs of our clients while working within our internal capabilities. They will coordinate with various internal departments including Operations, Enrollment, Claims, Service, and any corresponding vendors. They will assist the team in responding to formal RFP questionnaires. The Implementation Specialist will leverage GeoBlue's content database for RFP questionnaire responses, while reaching out to internal SMEs and business leaders to ensure accurate messaging is reflected in responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations, Sales Leadership and Account Management to ensure that groups are successfully implemented, to ensure all client expectations are met and a superior customer experience is produced.
  • Schedule and conduct Implementation Welcome calls for each new group along with member onboarding webinars.
  • Monitor each new client for the first 60-90 days go live to ensure all systems, processes, and service level agreements are being met.
  • Identify gaps in service expectations and create workarounds and remediation as needed for new clients.
  • Ensure timely, consistent distribution, completion, tracking, reporting and quality assurance for all onboarding functions.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure all new clients and plan benefits are set up correctly for claims processing.
  • Serves as a team lead in development, testing and implementation of system processing enhancements, including the electronic transfer of enrollment and claims data.
  • Communicate to all necessary departments any special needs/requests for new clients, obtaining proper authorization on customizations and understanding the impact on timelines/task dependencies.
  • Prepare internal overview, education, and training as needed on all new clients.
  • Attend final sales presentations when requested, to begin to create relationships for implementation and understanding the needs of the potential new client.
  • Oversee coordination and completion of complex proposals/RFPs, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Customize the RFP questionnaire responses for the client's needs and hot buttons.
  • Organize and direct RFP strategy calls with sale reps and SMEs to ensure clear direction and understanding of RFP deliverables and strategy.
  • Being consultative by offering alternatives and suggestions to position GeoBlue in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
  • Contribute to enhance the completion of an RFP in a more concise way, seeking opportunities to add consultative value to each opportunity.
  • Develop and edit content for the RFP questionnaire database as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 3-4 years of operations or implementation experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be extremely well organized and have the ability to be flexible.
  • Ability to travel as needed to clients/potential clients (10%).
  • Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly and on time even under stressful conditions.
  • Self-confidence to facilitate completion of a work assignment or to defend a position or idea.
  • Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Manager, preferred.
  • Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to work in an office and/or at-home, remote office environment.
  • Schedule flexibility is occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.

Internal Pay Grade: 8

The starting pay for this role is $50,921.00 to $63,651.00 based on skill level and experience in a similar role.
