*Job Title: *Registered Nurse, Medsurg
*Location: *Rochester, NY
*Salary: *$3,840 a week
*Shifts: *4x12s - 48hrs – days/evenings/nights rotating

*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse MedSurg*
* Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
* Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and initiate appropriate interventions.
* Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and post-discharge care.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
* Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.
*Requirements of the Registered Nurse MedSurg:*
* BLS Certification
* ACLS Certification
* NY RN License
* 2 years previous MedSurg
