```Duties``` - Provide direct patient care in a hospital or critical care setting - Assist nurses in the delivery of patient care - Perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse - Utilize knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to provide appropriate care - Practice aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with airway management and ventilate patients as needed - Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the nurse - Administer medications as directed by the nurse ```Qualifications``` - State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required - Previous experience in a hospital or critical care setting preferred - Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology - Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control practices - Ability to assist with airway management and ventilate patients - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess patient needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
