*Requirements:*
* Current and valid North Carolina (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.
* Minimum 1+ years of Long-Term Care experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years,
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
