Job Description:
As an Agile Program Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with clients undertaking major digital business or engineering transformation engagements. You will work within a cross-functional, globally distributed team to lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of client projects and programs.
Qualifications
Compensation Range: $110,000- $166,000

- Expertise in Agile methodologies: Proficient in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to streamline project management processes, ensuring timely delivery of healthcare solutions aimed at enhancing payer experience.
- Healthcare domain knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, enabling effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and address payer pain points.
- Customer-centric approach: Prioritizes payer needs and preferences by leveraging user feedback, data analytics, and market research to inform product development decisions, ultimately delivering solutions that improve the overall payer experience and drive business outcomes.
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work
- Scrum, Product or SAFe Certification
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, or Swift
- Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences
