Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care, adhere to medical standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes promptly
- Assist in sterile processing and maintaining aseptic techniques
- Conduct venipuncture for blood draws and IV therapy
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems for documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and physiology knowledge
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records systems
- Experience in venipuncture and IV therapy procedures
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques
