Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 18 months of Home Health experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Candidates must live within 60 miles of this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Guaranteed hours: 40 hours
Days 8-5 (1 hr. for lunch) flexibility available. Every 4th weekend, Employee must use their own vehicle.
All RTO must be listed at the time of submission. No additional RTO will be approved after submission.
