*Job Responsibilities*
* Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* Administer prescribed medications and record them, reporting any adverse reactions.
* Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-treatment home care needs.
* Document patients' medical information, vital signs, and monitor specialized equipment.
* Take corrective action when patients display adverse symptoms & provide bedside care.
* Implement patient education plans as directed by physicians.
* Changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, and assisting during examinations.
* Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols.
* Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate record-keeping.
*Requirements*
* Registered Nurse: Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
* Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg experience.
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
* Other records or documents as needed during the onboarding process.
