1. Understanding and interpreting commercial real estate leases to accurately process tenant payments and reconcile accounts.
2. Conducting bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records of cash, checks, and credit card transactions in Sage Intacct.
3. Utilizing software to manage tenant rent statements and other financial data.
4. Independently preparing customer invoices and miscellaneous reimbursement invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
5. Monitoring accounts receivable balances and leading the collection process to ensure timely payments.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to A/R.
7. Providing support for other areas of the family office, including non-profit and other entities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in Commercial Real Estate.
3. Proficiency in Sage Intacct and experience with Yardi/MRI software a plus.
4. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, lease agreements and rent rolls.
5. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct in financial processes.
