Position: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hours/Week


This is a coordinator’s role with execution level responsibilities with specific focus on Customer Service Operations. The Customer Service Team Leader will be the Master Data Specialist and is responsible for creation / change of the master data in SAP for Customer Masters and Price Condition Records. The Customer Service Team Leader will be the point person to assist Customer Service Experts in resolving order entry and ensure effective execution of all sales orders and billings. The Customer Service Team Leader will act as floater for CSE vacation coverage, provide monthly or quarterly reporting for billing, and will be point person for internal and external audit and SOX requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Data Entry of all master data required elements that reside within Customer Masters and Price Condition Records. Monitors and Maintains Master Data, analyzes gaps, and adjusts as necessary. Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures. Provides adequate research to maintain master data accuracy and performs as-needed audits to ensure.
  • Revenue Recognition Monitor monthly order cycle for Billing and Delivery blocks, ensure execution and accuracy for all orders in these categories to meet order and financial deadlines.
  • Perform monthly reporting to monitor and review accuracy for orders and service equipment billing plans.
  • Researches and manages customer invoicing questions and customer complaints for complete resolution of immediate and future issues. Back up to Customer Service Manager for review of required invoices. Point person for internal and external audits.
  • Validate correct authorization and release of customer credits.
  • Primary CSE for sales order entry issues and order maintenance/analysis.
  • Power user and point person to assist CSE’s in resolving their order entry issues to satisfy customer requirements. Act as floater for CSE’s vacations and or approved time off coverage to ensure execution of all activities associated with order fulfillment. Provides training and mentoring for CSE I and CSE II incumbents, and refresh training to the team, as needed.
  • Manages select key accounts as identified by the Business Unit.
  • Supports after hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years SAP Sales & Distribution experience is required
  • 5+ years Customer Service Experience is required
  • Lotus Notes Databases experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills are required
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral required
  • Detail oriented mindset is required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities are required
