We are looking for someone who is a self starter with experience in the software development life cycle. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize and drive issues to resolution, understand the overall impact and connect with precision to stakeholders. Additionally, a good candidate should be able to learn the application they are supporting through documentation, running test scripts, general self discovery with motivation to understand not just the business workflow but also the underlying technology. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of engineering project management, from initial requirements' gathering, planning, and estimation, to sprint loading, tracking and moving tickets along each step, including QA and UAT, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, getting sign-off, and shepherding releases to production. Key soft skills include the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensure inclusion and bringing a one team mentality to any project.
Education & Experience
Undergraduate or graduate degree in CS, CE, ECE, EECS, IS, IT, or other related fields of study.
