Responsibilities:
Lead the identification and systematic releasing of process bottlenecks which limit overall plant capacity
Lead the identification and engineering of plant and equipment changes necessary to achieve enhanced product quality
Support the business strategic agenda through technology enhancement and new product implementation
Operational improvement through the evaluation and appropriate implementation via automation, process control, documentation, FMEA, preventive maintenance, and current industry standards

Experience:
