Clark Personnel is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Acquire configure and deliver IT equipment (computers, printers, phones etc.)
Troubleshoot computer problems and operate technology systems
Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services
Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information
Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
Write and respond to routine correspondence
Rapidly absorb, learn and organize new content
Champion deployment of technologies to generate enthusiasm
Follow up with new customers as appropriate to ensure satisfaction
Manages escalations and handle complex problems
