Staffmark is seeking to fill a key position in Bentonville, AR, as a Facility Manager through direct hire. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, fostering a safe and productive environment for our team members.

Pay Rates: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some overtime as needed

As the Facility Manager, you'll oversee the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. You'll also coordinate personnel involved in establishing and maintaining the company's security and property protection programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and evaluate plant facilities
  • Analyze HVAC systems, network wiring, lighting, etc.
  • Plan and budget facility modifications
  • Develop long-term plans and designs
  • Liaise with public agencies
  • Ensure construction compliance
  • Manage space allocation and communication services
  • Direct maintenance staff
  • Control procurement activities
  • Implement hazard prevention policies
Education and/or Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a related field, with knowledge of Safety and OSHA regulations
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
