Take a proactive approach to assisting with business wide projects and initiatives.
Essential experience:
Experience working in a collections role in a FCA regulated organisation or a customer operations role in a financial services organisation. Understanding of TCF guidelines Ability to identify vulnerable customers and carefully manage relationships with people in sensitive situations Excellent multitasking, communication and IT skills Drive to work an integral part of a growing team supporting a scaling business
