Aurecon's experienced asset management specialists provide rapid, innovative solutions to help clients create and protect value while managing costs effectively across all phases of asset lifecycles. Our team collaboratively designs solutions tailored to our clients' needs, leveraging our expertise across asset-intensive sectors in understanding their organisations and challenges, including mining, rail, port, energy, transport, aviation, defence, and government. We offer data-driven decision-making support for asset portfolios, from strategy to operations, using our knowledge of asset function, design, operations, data, and technology to sustain and enhance performance improvements. Here are the key things you’ll do: Assist Aurecon clients to incorporate the principle of balancing performance, cost and risk in their systems and processes to optimise value from assets. Support clients to develop effective asset management strategies and planning. Conduct reviews of client organisations asset management systems and processes against industry standards and benchmarks, and then supporting them to develop and implement improvement roadmaps. Performing or facilitating reliability engineering techniques and analyses, such as RCA, RCM strategy development and reliability modelling to optimise asset performance, cost and risk over the asset life-cycle. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life. To succeed our Team, you’ll have: Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 3-5 years' experience in operations and maintenance in an asset-intensive industry, or engineering design. Experience in the application of engineering to improve the performance, maintainability, reliability and cost of assets.
