Job Title: Proposal Manager

Job Summary: The Proposal Manager will lead, coordinate, and produce proposal responses for Morgan 6, assembling a winning proposal team and implementing necessary procedures and governance. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build and manage teams, attention to detail, and the capability to meet deadlines under pressure.


Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with and influence senior-level stakeholders at Morgan 6.
  • Lead the development and submission of all Morgan 6 proposals.
  • Develop and lead proposal plans, briefings, and color team reviews.
  • Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from various stakeholders.
  • Coach proposal teams in persuasive writing and best practices.
  • Manage and document proposal development processes.
  • Collaborate with internal contributors and subject matter experts.
  • Interpret requirements and compliance from complex Federal Contract solicitations.
  • Contribute to Bid/No Bid decisions on proposal opportunities.
  • Ensure responses are professional and align with Morgan 6 values.
  • Compile evidence and assets from multiple sources.
  • Contribute to the voice and flow of proposal documents.


Work Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in proposal management in a DOD environment.
  • Experience in document preparation and proposal writing.
  • Strong Technical Writing Experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Quote Management Software and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Approachable and professional when interacting with personnel at all levels.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Experience handling confidential business matters with discretion.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Graphic Design, or business.
  • Shipley Certification
