We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Temporary Transportation Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by transporting them to appointments or activities.

HOURS FOR TEMPORARY POSITION

Timeframe: June 7th through July 19th
Monday-Friday, hours vary

Requirements

Required: Current, valid driver’s license
Required: Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
Required: Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
Preferred: Experience working with one or more of the following (or similar): seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, demonstrated creative skills

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES for temporary position:

Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when needed

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigned
Communicating effectively with residents and staff
Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.
