Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Load and unload products from deliveries
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
Deliver products to the customer in a safe and timely manner
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Ensure that the stockroom is organized
