As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding our customer base and our continued growth.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Build Relationships:* Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and position our solutions effectively.
* *Conduct Consultative Sales:* Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing requirements, educate them about our products and services, and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
* *Prepare and Present Proposals:* Create compelling proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of our roofing solutions, address client concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition for partnering with us.
* *Negotiate and Close Deals:* Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* *Provide Exceptional Customer Service:* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project management process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.
* *Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:* Partner closely with internal teams, to deliver superior results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
* 1099 contract
* Commission pay
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
* Year round work
