Safety Compliance Administrator
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Safety Compliance Administrator at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. Reporting to the EHS Compliance Director, the incumbent will be responsible for processing training records and environmental compliance inspections among other assigned clerical duties. The incumbent will also have general shared responsibilities within the department. This includes, but is not limited to the intake and triage of general phone calls and documenting events such as citations/inspections, vehicular accidents, work-related injuries, and call in complaints from the motoring public.
Job Requirements
Competent in Microsoft Office applications such as, but not limited to; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good writing skills/composing business related correspondences, required.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work in a confidential capacity, required.
Assist Safety Department staff with incoming calls and inquiries.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
