Our Online branch has been among the fastest growing branches in our already growing employee-owned company. In an effort to enhance this growth, we are adding an Ecommerce IT Network Coordinator. The coordinator will be a liaison between the corporate IT members, branch managers, and non-company IT departments to help the branch troubleshoot and optimize their capabilities. The coordinator would report to the branch's manager.

Key Functions and Roles

• Have a thorough understanding of the Ecommerce/Distribution business models/processes.
• Evaluate and map existing processes/connections for improvements.
• Optimize and troubleshoot connections and processes with branch staff.
• Evaluate new functionality/best practices. Develop and design testing scenarios.
• Develop training programs and SOP's for the existing and new processes.
• Develop and maintain custom report queries and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with other IT team members when troubleshooting or performing maintenance duties.
• Support users with day-to-day issues involving ERP and third-party systems.
• Investigate opportunities to increase profitability for the Ecommerce unit.

Skills/Attributes

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with Ecommerce Marketplaces (B2B, B2C)
• Some developer-programming skills a plus
• Report writing.
• Ability to work with Third Party Developers
• Experience with some of the below systems.
