Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our facility within the San Antonio area by organizing community events and building strong relationships with referral sources.
Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the apartment complex to potential residents. Organize and coordinate events such as open houses, health fairs, and social gatherings to engage the community and showcase our facilities. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and other referral sources. Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and tours. Collaborate with the management team to assess community needs and develop programs that enhance resident satisfaction. Create and distribute promotional materials and communications to increase visibility and interest in the complex. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the San Antonio area and its demographics. Passion for working with the active-adult population.
