Sanitation Lead - Full Time, 3rd Shift
Seeking a motivated Sanitation Lead to join our team. Responsible for overseeing and completing sanitation processes in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; must be willing to work weekends.
Starting hourly pay of $24.17, plus shift differential.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:
Monitors, trains, and assists with Sanitation employees' daily activities.
Inspects, oversees, and assists with the sanitation of equipment, machinery, and rooms.
Assists with ordering sanitation supplies and coordinates placement of supply deliveries.
Completes sanitation logs and oversees labeling of sanitation containers.
Communicates with other departments on pre-ops, changeovers, activities, and equipment repair requests.
Plans daily and weekly crewing levels and monitors employee attendance.
Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
1 year of experience overseeing Sanitation processes or 5+ years working in Sanitation, preferred.
High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
SKILLS:
Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
Read and interpret documents such as safety documents, operating instructions, and manuals.
Speak, write, and understand English.
