This includes onboarding and training new employees and coaching Team Leads and Associates. Our Assistant Managers help hold employees accountable to achieve Beck’s standards 100% of the time to provide the most convenient experience possible for our customers.

What You Will Do:
- Provide an excellent customer experience by constantly engaging with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Assist with back-office paperwork
- Promote teamwork and a positive, high-performing culture
- Assist with ordering and utilizing Build-To guides
- Support training and development of store associates
- Cross-train in kitchen operations
- Assist in scheduling
