Schedules: 5:00 pm - 5:30 am, Mon - Fri, working 10 hours shift on Friday for overtime
Pay: $18/hr.
Requirements: Qualified candidates will have one year of machine operating experience (preferably with food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience). cGMP or manufacturing experience.
Job tasks:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process, including but not limited to mixers, fillers, packaging machines, and conveyor systems.
- Set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to product specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet established standards. Troubleshoot and address any issues affecting the quality of the output.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Participate in initiatives to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
