Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Solution Network Architecture Manager is responsible for providing technical guidance throughout the solution delivery process. This role will collaborate on the design of solutions and the end-to-end technical architecture to ensure alignment with organizational and business objectives. This position will enhance the developer experience by working closely with partners curating ideas, enabling their solution developers, and assisting in development methodologies and examples. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product & engineering to enable our partners to create successful solutions intended for publication on the Solution Exchange. The individual holding this position will also be contributing to roadmap development and to the development of technical training content as well as facilitating training sessions.

This role requires staying up to date with platform capabilities, solutions, emerging technologies, and industry trends, which will inform solution strategy contributions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to interpret and organize complex business and technical requirements, and a proven track record of contributing to high-quality solutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to solutions and the technical aspects of projects with configuration and development teams.
  • Lead interactions with development partners in support of solution architecture and construction.
  • Foster the growth of development partners through collaboration, technical support, documentation, and educational training content.
  • Jointly accountable for timely, quality delivery of new development projects with the Solution Network configuration and development teams.
  • Contribute to consistent standards and approaches throughout the Solution Network Development team.
  • Assist with the development of technical training content for Solution Exchange development partners.
  • Foster collaboration at various levels with critical partnering functions such as Software Architecture and Product and Engineering.
  • Participate in the continued solution development roadmap.


QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology and software development/or implementation.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office.
  • Exhibits critical thinking and an analytical background.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering high-quality OneStream solutions.
  • Experience with C#, , or other object-oriented programming languages.

Prior experience and/or certification with any of the following products:

  • OneStream
  • Oracle Hyperion HFM, FDM, Planning, Essbase
  • Blackline or Trintech
  • SAP OutlookSoft BPC
  • SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
  • IBM Cognos or other EPM solutions
  • Other proprietary software, especially financial related
