ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Epic Ambulatory Analyst with a focus on Patient Billing (PB) Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Epic Ambulatory module and deep knowledge of Patient Billing workflows and integration points. As a Lead Epic Ambulatory Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Epic Ambulatory functionality related to Patient Billing integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Epic Ambulatory and Patient Billing systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic Ambulatory functionality related to Patient Billing integration.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between Epic Ambulatory and Patient Billing systems.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to the team on best practices for Epic Ambulatory and Patient Billing integration.
  • Lead and participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Epic Ambulatory and Patient Billing integration processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting issues related to Epic Ambulatory and Patient Billing integration.
  • Stay current with Epic Ambulatory and Patient Billing system updates and new features.
EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Epic Ambulatory certification required; additional certifications in Patient Billing or related modules preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epic Ambulatory module, with a focus on Patient Billing integration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and billing workflows.
  • Experience with Epic integration tools and interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
