Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Excel: A strong understanding of Excel including knowledge of formulas, functions, data manipulation, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data visualization.
* Power BI expertise: Familiarity with Power BI. This includes the ability to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations, as well as knowledge of data modeling, DAX formulas, and data transformation.
* Data analysis skills: Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data. Ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, as well as conduct statistical analysis and data profiling.
* Statistical knowledge: A understanding of statistics is valuable for data analysts. Knowledge of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data sampling techniques can help in interpreting and analyzing data accurately.
* Data visualization: The ability to present data in a visually appealing and meaningful way. Familiarity with various data visualization tools and techniques, such as charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards
* Problem-solving skills: ability to identify problems, develop analytical approaches, and propose data-driven solutions.

- Develop and manage complex data models, datasets, and reports using tools such as PowerBi, SNOW, SAP, and Jira.
- Transform raw data into visually appealing and impactful dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to gather reporting requirements and understand data needs.
- Design and implement innovative data visualizations with OBI that effectively communicate insights.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Optimize and ensure the performance of our Health Index through PowerBI reports and dashboards.
- Assist with document processes related to data governance and visualization.
