Job Description:

A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Manager- Processing Service

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Manager Processing Service to provide leadership and direction to ACG's Travel Agency by leading consolidated back office operations, including accounting, automation, reporting and front line travel user support. Business lead for projects and activities that develop, modify and/or maintain Travel systems. Drive strategy, development and implementation of Omni-channel solutions and processes to grow travel sales, revenue and profit in line with ACG Enterprise and Travel strategies.

• Oversee consolidated back office travel or membership activities for ACG and its client clubs
• Ensures completion of responsibilities within timeframes designated by regulatory bodies, project plans and established service level agreements
• Responsible for system maintenance, testing and reporting
• Responsible for system and financial balancing, monitoring and corrective action
• Develop and document policies and procedures
• Initiate process improvements and recommends improved policies and procedures for all client clubs
• Oversee project implementations and migration of client clubs to a centralized processing system and processing operations
• Work with client clubs to review operations, pursue process improvements and resolve problems

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO

Required Qualifications:

Education

• College level coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field

Work experience

• Policy provisions, concepts and programs for membership and travel applications
• Developing new system and procedures
• Project management
• Developing business proposals

Experience to include primary responsibility for:

• Long-term strategic planning
• Coordinating and controlling units/areas
• Budget planning
• Staffing
• Problem analysis and decision making
• Managing relationships with other clubs
• Coordinating activities of vendors, financial institutions and fulfillment houses on behalf of participating automobile clubs

Successful candidates will possess:

Knowledge of:

• Statistical methods and analysis
• Automated and manual processing systems
• Process flow and work distribution
• Budget preparation and maintenance
• Procedures analysis
• Project management techniques
• ACG products, services and operations club practices
• Travel agency products, services & procedures
• Travel information systems and software, including CRS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science

Work Experience

• Workflow management. Defining and achieving job expectations by work group
• Workflow analysis and process improvement/automation
• Data gathering and reporting

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position that works primarily in a home environment. Varying amounts of travel with occasional extended or overnight stays and out-of-state/country travel required. This position may require weekend and evening availability. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
