JOB LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA Onsite
WAGE RANGE*: 70 - 90/ hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
People Management Responsibilities:
Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
Design, support, install, and maintain local area network, wide area network, and wireless network components
Provide direction and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations
Configure or upgrade network components
Coordinate network changes and communicate with impacted stakeholders
Perform project work to update or replace network equipment
Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues
Work on and maintain hardware components as needed, including firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches and access points
Mentor and support associates in daily tasks and troubleshooting
Work with other organizations where appropriate to assist in the resolution of infrastructure-related problems
Design and manage complex or first-of-a-kind corporate voice and data communication infrastructure systems, including customer service support and related training
Manage the design and implementation of call flows for project and administrative applications, and participate in call flow optimization projects
Manage voice and data cabling installations, including supervision of minor repairs and testing
Manage maintenance of back-end telecommunication services, including voice and data T-1s, fax server channel banks, ISDN lines, MPLS circuits, computer telephony integration, etc.
Manage call accounting, teleconferencing, contact center suite, net server, mobile device management, and interactive voice response systems
Manage maintenance installation and configuration of client software on user devices for teleconferencing and voice mail systems
Provide telecom design and guidelines for new construction or other projects
