Where You'll Work


This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.


What You'll Do

The Technical Support Analyst is a key member of the IT team, managing help desk tickets and providing customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.



  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve requests submitted through ServiceNow for customers working in our KC, DC offices and remote employees; assigning to the proper support group and escalating when necessary.

  • Provides end-user support for all computers and peripherals, including printers, monitors, etc.

  • Participate in on-call rotation.

  • O365/Intune/AAD - User Management to include onboarding of users; user licenses; create, edit, or add Azure Active Directory (AAD) user/device groups; create, maintain, update, deploy and delete conditional access policies; basic SharePoint administration knowledge.

  • O365/Intune/AAD - Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment including upload and configure store applications; Deploy applications to a computer/mobile device; Deploy store applications to a mobile device; deploy store applications to a group of users; monitor application deployment status.

  • O365/Intune - Device/Profile Management including create, maintain, update, deploy and delete configuration profiles; device restriction; compliance policies; device life cycle; autopilot deployment; retire and wipe devices; create, maintain, update, deploy and delete conditional access policies.

  • Configure hardware and software, including desktop computers, laptops, and desk phones for new users and work with supplier or vendor when servicing required.

  • Maintain knowledge of current audio-visual technologies, staying up to date with improvements to maintain proficiency.




Experience and Skills


What You'll Bring to CHA


Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.



  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.

  • A+ Certification, MSCE preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in desktop solutions

  • Strong technical skills around M365/O365/Intune administration

  • High degree of personal initiative and self-motivation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience documenting & defining policies and procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills; attention to details

  • Internet knowledge; proficiency with web browsers

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products



  • Extensive knowledge in Windows 11

  • Ability to build, deploy and support desktop/laptop computers. Autopilot experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
