As a Product Manager, you'll bring an exceptional user-centric consumer product approach and business mindset to lead the Growth Adoption space, primarily responsible for converting prospects to clients with primary account relationships. This role is at the heart of our growth strategy, requiring a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to drive product initiatives that attract and retain clients. This product leader will be on the cross-functional growth leadership team and will be responsible for delivering product led growth to Empower via new member activations & referrals. What you will do:

  • Identify and solve problems to improve the customer experience from post sign-up to conversion of primary accounts

  • Develop and evangelize an adoption & growth product strategy

  • Partner with marketing to effectively maximize our growth while minimizing CAC

  • Be both data-informed and member-centric in your approach

  • Own the product roadmap, including both significant short and long-term opportunities for your product and in the context of the broader organizational strategy and goals.

  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities.

  • Leverage customer research, usability testing, and market research in your strategy to improve likelihood of success and user satisfaction.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to increase team velocity, cohesiveness, and productivity.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience leading major (digital) direct-to-consumer products and working collaboratively with engineering, design, and research teams.

  • An owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuff, and dig in to the gritty details to get to the bottom of problems

  • Ability to communicate and inspire at scale

  • Relentless follow through and commitment to do the right through and do what you say.

  • Detail and design oriented; the details really matter to you.

  • Passionate about tackling complicated and impactful customer and business problems.

  • Critical, analytical thinker and comfortable analyzing data and pulling out key insights.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What will set you apart:

  • Proven track record of navigating through the full product life cycle, integrating customer feedback in requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execute.

  • Experience in the fintech industry with demonstrable knowledge of industry best practices.

Base Salary Range

$92,400.00 - $130,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
