You will provide leadership to teams to support, run, and implement changes in our system architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver successful initiatives.

Responsibilities
Providing subject matter expertise to cross-functional technical teams and our business to deliver a high-performing system architecture
Recommending and implementing new system parameters or configuration variables to improve system performance and to resolve problems
Leading internal teams to define Disaster Recover plans and collaborate to diagnose and resolve system performance issues
Developing and reviewing job control procedure scripts or work-flow diagrams for commonly used processes and potential automation
Developing and implementing security programs through managing and executing project deliverables to ensure successful on-time delivery
Managing and leading your team by mentoring and developing and empowering staff to share knowledge and innovate
Requirements
Demonstrate expert knowledge in normalized or dimensional data modeling principles and their application to complex business needs
Have experience in code reviews and development approaches and advanced understanding of industry technology language development trends
Experience in development languages including, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net
Show knowledge and experience in project planning and management tools to manage project progress, budget and scope
Be knowledgeable in all aspects of disaster recovery and have experience of designing and implementing DR procedures
Show expertise in storage systems, Linux/UNIX kernel, UNIX file system, Windows infrastructure, virtual-server environments and thin clients
Have brilliant organizational skills and able to adapt and flex to deliver priorities in a global-matrix environment
Demonstrate advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching and effectively troubleshooting complex project issues
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
Have in-depth knowledge of system dump contents, control block structures, hardware being used and system performance principles
