The Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the supervision of cleaning personnel. A Supervisor/Inspector must ensure the company mission statement and values are followed by all staff that report to them. The purpose of this position is to oversee cleaning personnel and make sure that units are being cleaned effectively and in the most efficient way. $17/hr

Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure. Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage or wear and report as necessary. Inspect and prepare cleaned units and report them as vacant and ready. Inspect units and complete the required amount of report cards per week. Replace kitchen inventory and supplies as needed. Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized. Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper. Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
