*This position will service the following Kroger store(s):*
*Newport KY*
*· (Store 423) 130 Pavillion Pkwy Newport, KY 41071*
*· (Store 359) 53 Donnermeyer Dr. Bellevue, KY 41073*
*Independence KY*
*· (Store 454) 9001 US Highway 42 Union, KY 41091*
*· (Store 475) 1700 Declaration Drive Independence, KY 41051*
·As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:
* Create and display a variety of outdoor plants
* Create and maintain product displays
* Water all plant materials
* Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
* Ensure proper signage is in place
* Maintain a safe and clean display area
* Remove and record expired plant material
* Interacting with store personnel and customers
* Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
* Complete report for each store serviced
* Document every visit using the Repsly app where available
As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:
* Have a smart phone
* Work outdoors in all elements
* Have dependable transportation
* Have a valid driver’s license
* Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
* Understand and execute planograms
* Use workplace mobile apps
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

* Responsible, reliable and dependable work habits
* Self-starter / Self-motivated
* Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
* Previous merchandiser experience appreciated – will train strong candidates
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 per hour
