Summary of Role:
Wealthspire Advisors is a Fee-Only Fiduciary with 20 locations throughout the East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions, specializing in exceptional service to clients that pairs tailored portfolios with a personalized financial plan and service team. With the ultimate goal of simplifying financial lives and helping clients fulfill their aspirations, our team believes in a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. As a subsidiary of NFP Corp, we also have access to extensive corporate resources and business partners that few other independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firms offer. We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Office Accountant. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the comprehensive financial records of our high-net-worth family clients.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Office Accountant. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the comprehensive financial records of our high-net-worth family clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
- Oversee bill pay functions
- Handles day to day for accounts payables functions including vendor management, invoice entry and creation of wires for approval.
- Prepare cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required.
- Maintain client household payroll.
- Oversee/train junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records.
- Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Expert in QuickBooks accounting software
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 'Roll up your sleeves' work ethic, tenacity, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Resourceful, decisive, critical thinker
- Must be a team player, enthusiastic and reliable
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Master's preferred
- CPA designation is preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience
