QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Knowledge of injection molding, tooling and resins

Basic blueprint interpretation

Relationship building, negotiating, analytical and organizational skills

Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Valid Driver’s License

Excellent analytical, written & verbal communication skills

Education: BA/BS in Business, Marketing or Engineering Experience



ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

*Sales*

Sell EVCO services to existing clients and prospective clients with prices, terms and conditions set forth by EVCO Plastics

Ability to win new business by fostering and maintaining relationships with clients

Work with Sales team to prepare and coordinate customer visits including agendas and clearly stated business objectives

Coordinate quotation and proposal development

Serve customer needs by addressing inquiries as required

Act as the liaison between the EVCO Plastics’ teams and the client

Prepare required sales forecasts, call reports, itineraries, expense reports, mileage and other reports



*Marketing*

Assist VP of Communications with marketing initiatives

Identify social media opportunities, copywriting, and limited community management

Regularly review paid search keywords



*General*

Treat all internal and external contacts with uncompromising respect and integrity under all circumstances

Facilitate and/or attend meetings to promote business unit strategies
