Position Overview:
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the Contracts Department on pricing of Government contracts. This role will be located at our Corporate Headquarters working under the Contracts Department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pricing efforts of all sizes and complexities, of all types of contracts (FFP, T&M, LH, CPFF, CPAF, etc.)
- Collaborating with the proposal team (Directors, Business Unit Directors, program managers, contracts/subcontracts) to ensure that proposal pricing/costing and customer deliverables comply with all federal government regulations (FAR, DFARS, other agency specific clauses), RFP requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
- Perform competitor analysis on similar services and products
- Serve as the Pricing Analyst and provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation during the proposal process.
- Develop Pricing Narratives based on government solicitations
- Participate in strategy sessions and color team reviews.
- Facilitate/lead pricing reviews with upper management and coordinate with senior staff to determine pricing structure and strategy.
- Conducting market research to identify trends in the industry and competitors' pricing strategies
- Interact with subcontract teammates to ensure data call(s) responses from them are timely
- Ad-hoc cost and performance analyses and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of GovCon pricing analyst experience in the Federal space
- Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and agency specific clauses
- Working knowledge of all contract types
- Advanced/Expert with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be able to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to be detailed oriented
