We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Project Manager! This position will represent our organization by regularly communicating with our customers on the status of current and future projects.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

    \t
  • Coordinates resources to ensure that assigned projects are completed according to specifications and timelines\t
  • Ensures that customers and\/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program\t
  • Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans\t
  • Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in project deliverables\t
  • Reviews information regarding project status and project obligations\t
  • Prepares status reports using data prepared by Project Analysts\t
  • Modifies schedules or plans as required\t
  • Works closely with other Contractors\t
  • Communicates regularly with customers and clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any project issues\t
  • Ensures that customers and clients are regularly informed of the status of their program\t
  • Communicates regularly with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems\t
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

    To qualify for this position, you must possess a HS diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Engineering program, or in business or related technical discipline is preferred. Eight years of progressive technical and\/or managerial experience in information resources management, four years in supervising and managing substantive IT\/telecommunications projects, and two years managing large and complex development projects involving a large number of people is required. A PMP certification is strongly desired.
