Interim ACNO Perioperative Services

Interim ACNO Perioperative Services Needed in New Jersey
The Position
An experienced Interim ACNO Perioperative Services is required to lead and assess the surgical department at two busy campuses, focusing on improving efficiency and accountability.
The unit consists of 10 main OR’, two Open Heart OR’s and one Hybrid OR.
This leader will report directly to the Senior, Vice Presient & Chief Nursing Officer of Perioperative Services.
The role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiencies, improving first case starts, and fostering a culture of accountability among the staff. The ACNO will work closely with various stakeholders to uphold high standards of patient care.
We are looking for a seasoned leader who can navigate complex challenges, make strategic decisions, and effectively collaborate with physician leaders to drive change.
Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Extensive experience in surgical services leadership, particularly in managing large teams across multiple departments.
