Retail Store Manager Emery & Opal Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and inspire our sales team. Bilingual proficiency is required to better serve our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Oversee inventory management, including receiving stock, merchandising, and conducting regular inventory checks. Assist in the assembly of jewelry, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality, as well as conducting permanent jewelry appointments. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a retail manager is essential. Bilingual in French and English. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation & Benefits:
$20/hr (30hrs a week) $1,000 annual jewelry allowance. Health benefits.
