Commercial Lines Marketing CoordinatorClassification: Salary-ExemptLocation: Wellesley or Franklin, MAJob Type: Full Time, HybridGreat opportunity with a well-established, Five Star Accredited Insurance Agency! As an integral part of our Commercial Lines team at Deland, Gibson, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales team to market and quote small Commercial business. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Support the Sales Team throughout the new business process
  • Market, Quote, Present, Bind, and Issue new Select Market business
  • Advise and consult clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
  • Maintain high level of communication and build effective relationships with clients
  • Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed
  • Support the organization's mission, values and strategic initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred
  • 2-3 years' P&C Insurance experience
  • MA P & C License
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist with customer resolutions
  • Must be self-motivated and have great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
