You know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people.

In this role, you will function as the agencies creative and production arm, implementing creative vision. The Studio Project Manager will be the single point of contact into the Studio for a client set, which can consist of Syneos Communications agencies, other Syneos Health companies, and/or direct clients. You will:

• Be responsible for the tactic development process; serves as the client lead for tactical work, including securing information for internal team, communicating with client team, and leading client status meetings.
• Possess a general understanding of project execution across the full range of Studio offerings, including creative development (concepting, design, creative extensions, copy, presentationservices, etc), technology (development and QA), and all forms of video production (video editing, CGI, Motion Graphics, etc).
• Orient new jobs, develops estimates, generates tasks, and creates project timelines within established systems and processes.
• Represent Studio point of view, handles objections in a professional manner, and manages disagreements with client in a diplomatic way to ensure win-win solutions for both client and the Studio and understands when to escalate.

Essential Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years agency experience (PR or advertising)
• Print production experience or equivalent marketing/advertising/PR cross-channel
• Understanding of estimating, budgeting, planning, tracking, and billing of business activities to maximize resources and profitability.

Desired Requirements:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Healthcare communication field experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $51,000 to $75,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
